A quoted price does not show which bucket, coupler, or thumb comes with the machine, what you have to add before it can work, or who repairs it where it works. Our sales team goes through the five points below with you before it quotes a machine.
Send these answers with your request, and our sales team narrows XCMG’s 43 models to the ones that fit your work before it quotes a price.

DBM service trucks and a crane at a mining excavator repair in a pit
A member of our sales or service team delivers each new machine and goes over it with your operators. The same person introduces you to our parts and service departments, so you know who to call before the machine ever needs a repair.
When the machine needs a repair, our technician inspects it and tells you what is wrong and which parts it needs. We tell you what the parts cost and how long they take to arrive by regular or overnight shipping, and you decide how to proceed before we order anything.
Our service trucks reach machines anywhere in Nevada, usually the day after you call and sometimes the same day. Our Fernley shop repairs machines of any make.

Yes. You can rent the machine by the month for up to six months under our rental purchase option, and part of the rent counts toward the price when you buy it. The sooner you buy, the larger that share is, and we set the split for each machine. We can also drop off an XCMG machine for you to try on your own job at no charge.
Tell us the work you do, where the machine will work, and what comes after this project. Add a model if you know it, or leave the model blank if you want a recommendation.
Our sales team reads every request and replies by call, text, or email. The reply gives the price, tells you whether the machine is on our lot or when we can get it, and lists the financing options for it. To talk it through now, call or text us.
