What Our Sales Team Asks Before It Recommends a Machine
Our sales team starts with the work, not the model number. A machine that suits one project can be the wrong purchase for the work that follows. Before we compare models or prices, we ask about the work you do most often, such as utility trenching, mass grading, or work on tight sites.
The Work You Do Most Often
Tell us what a normal job looks like, what material you dig, load, or haul, and which attachments you run. Those details decide the machine class and size before any model number does.

A gate narrower than the machine’s tracks, or a lot too tight for its tail swing, rules a machine out before its price does. Tell us the narrowest opening the machine has to pass through and how much room it has to swing on site.
The Work After This Job
Tell us what the machine will do once this project is finished, because a machine bought for one dig can sit idle or fall short on the work you do every month. When a different type of machine suits that work better, our sales team says so, even when we have to send you to a dealer that sells it.
Buy Now or Rent First
If the project is short, or you want to try a machine on your own work before you buy it, you can rent it by the month under our rental purchase option. When you buy the machine within six months, part of the rent you paid counts toward the price, and the sooner you buy, the larger that share is. We set the split for each machine.

We’re the exclusive XCMG dealer, and every XCMG machine we sell comes with the delivery, service, parts, and financing below.
- DeliveryA member of our sales or service team delivers the machine, goes over it with your operators, and introduces you to our parts and service departments.
- ServiceOur service trucks repair the machine anywhere in Nevada, usually the day after you call and sometimes the same day. Repairs that need a shop go to our shop in Fernley.
- PartsWe keep XCMG parts on our shelves in Fernley. Most other parts reach our yard within 48 hours, and we ship parts anywhere in the country.
- FinancingQuickFi, XCMG’s lender, finances the machine and any attachment you buy with it, and it offers 0% financing on approved credit.

Buy an attachment at the same time as a new XCMG machine, and QuickFi finances the attachment with the machine.

Compare the Complete Setup, Not Only the Price
A price alone doesn’t tell you which attachments come with the machine, what you’ll have to add before it can do your work, or who will service it where it works. One buyer passed on our quote and bought a used mini excavator in Los Angeles for about $15,000 less. He then spent about $15,000 bringing it up to the setup our machine already had. His monthly payment on that used machine is now higher than his payment on our new machine would have been.
