Information the Request Forms Collect
The request forms on this website ask for your name or company and a phone number, an email address, or both. Depending on the request, a form also asks for the machine’s make, model, serial number, year, and hours, and for where the machine or the job is. Some forms also ask for the site access details a technician needs, the rental dates, a description of the problem or the work, and any photos you choose to attach of a machine, a part, or a serial plate.
The Careers choice on the contact form also collects your work experience. Most fields are optional, and a phone number or an email address is all DBM needs to reply to a request.
How DBM Uses the Information You Send
DBM uses the information you send to answer your request. For example, DBM uses it to schedule a repair, quote or order a part, arrange a rental or a purchase, make an offer on your machine, or contact you about a technician opening.
The office reads each request and passes it to the service team, the parts department, the sales and rental team, or the managers who hire our technicians, depending on the work. To ask whether DBM shares request information with any other company, call (775) 625-0062.
Calls & Text Messages to the Office
When you call or text the office at (775) 625-0062, DBM uses your phone number to reply about your request. DBM uses photos you text from a jobsite the same way as photos sent through a form.
XCMG Financing Applications on QuickFi’s Website
You apply for new XCMG financing on QuickFi’s XCMG application at quickfi.ai/xcmg, not on this website. The information you enter there goes to QuickFi, which is XCMG’s lender. QuickFi’s own privacy policy on its website covers that information.
Please do not enter bank account numbers, card numbers, or government ID numbers in DBM’s request forms. Enter financial details only on QuickFi’s application or on DBM’s credit application.
