An XCMG Dealer Built on a Field Service Company

DBM started as a field service company with one service truck. Our XCMG dealership began when XCMG’s regional representative contacted us, and he then joined DBM as our vice president of sales and rentals. The same parts and service team that repairs other makes for contractors and mines now keeps XCMG parts on the shelf. That team fixes XCMG machines in the field and in our Fernley shop.

Who handles parts and service?

We keep XCMG parts on our shelves in Fernley. Most other parts reach our yard within 48 hours, and we ship parts anywhere in the country. Our field trucks and Fernley shop service every XCMG machine we sell in Nevada.

What does the written warranty cover?

Ask us for the written warranty on the machine you are considering. Check its time and hour limits, what it covers and excludes, the maintenance it requires, and how a claim is handled.
