Service & Parts
We repair any make in the field and in our Fernley shop, and we ship XCMG, SAS, and aftermarket parts anywhere in the United States.
The service team can plan the visit when you send the make, model, and serial number, where the machine is, and what it is or is not doing. If you also send any fault code on the display, what the machine still does, and when the problem started, the technician can load the parts and tools most likely to finish the repair on the first trip.
Yes. Our technicians repair Caterpillar, Case, and other makes as well as the XCMG machines we sell, at the jobsite and in our Fernley shop. Our parts department sources aftermarket parts for machines outside the XCMG and SAS lines.
Yes. Our 10 service trucks work anywhere in Nevada and in California from Sacramento south to Bakersfield, including Bishop and Mammoth Lakes. A truck usually reaches the machine the day after you call, and sometimes the same day. A large dealer often takes one to three weeks to send a technician.
Yes. Send the request form or a text with the machine, what it is doing, and where it is. The office answers it the next day. When a machine goes down during the workday, a call to (775) 625-0062 gets a truck scheduled fastest.
Call or text (775) 625-0062, or send the parts request form. Give the machine’s brand and serial number and the part you need, and add a photo of the part or the serial plate if you have one. The parts department then confirms the part, the price, and the delivery date before ordering anything. We stock XCMG and SAS parts, source aftermarket parts for most other makes, and ship anywhere in the United States.
Yes. The machine’s brand and serial number tell the parts department exactly how your machine was built. With those, a description of what the part does and where it mounts, or a photo of the part, is enough to look up the part number.
Most parts reach our Fernley yard within 48 hours. If your machine is down and that wait would hold up your job, we can ship the part overnight for an added freight charge, which you approve before we place the order.
No. A repair price depends on what the technician finds at the machine, so the field visit or shop inspection comes first. Before we order any part, we call you with what failed, what the parts cost, and how long they take to arrive. We order nothing until you approve it.
Buying Equipment
As the exclusive XCMG dealer, we sell new XCMG machines in Nevada and neighboring California counties. We also sell used machines of any make and ship them anywhere in the country.
DBM is the exclusive XCMG dealer, so new XCMG machines are our main line. We also sell Taurox attachments, SAS forks, and DRKhorse tools. The product details for all three are on their makers’ websites.
Ask how parts and service work after the sale. DBM stocks XCMG parts, and our own field trucks and shop service the XCMG machines we sell. If you want to try a machine before you commit, we can drop an XCMG machine at your job at no charge. If it suits the work, you can rent it or buy it. When you buy, we deliver the machine and walk you through how it works.
Yes, if it is a used machine. We sell and ship used machines anywhere in the country. We sell new XCMG machines only within our XCMG territory, which covers all of Nevada and neighboring California counties. Call us to confirm whether your location is inside it.
No. Our XCMG pages show the full XCMG line, but we keep only a few machines at the yard and order the rest. Call or send a request to find out whether a specific model is available and when it can be delivered.
Rentals
Our rental fleet runs from mini excavators to 50-ton mining trucks. We rent them mostly by the month to contractors and commercial operators.
Send the machine class you need, the jobsite location, and the start and end dates. Our rental team replies with availability, the monthly rate, and the delivery cost, and books the machine after you approve. We rent to contractors and commercial operators, not to homeowners.
Most of our rentals run by the month. Some large machines carry a three-month minimum, and the rental team tells you when it quotes the machine.
No. The website takes a rental request. The rental team reserves the machine after it confirms availability, the dates, and delivery with you by phone, text, or email.
Call (775) 625-0062 and we send a technician to the machine. If we cannot repair it the same day, we prorate the rent for the days the machine was down.
Yes. When your machine will be down for a long repair or a wait for parts, we can deliver a machine from our rental fleet to your jobsite. Your crew keeps working while our technician repairs your machine.
Financing
QuickFi is XCMG’s lender, and it finances new XCMG machines and the attachments you buy with them. For a used machine, another brand, or the rental purchase option, call or send an inquiry. Someone from DBM then contacts you about the financing.
The rental purchase option lets you rent a machine from our fleet and buy it within six months, with part of the rent you paid applied to the price. The share of the rent that applies gets smaller the longer the rental runs, and it varies by machine. Call (775) 625-0062 or send an inquiry before the rental starts. Someone from DBM then contacts you with the share that applies to the machine you want.
For a new XCMG machine and the attachments bought with it, apply on QuickFi’s XCMG application at quickfi.ai/xcmg, with 0% financing available on approved credit. For a used machine or another brand, call (775) 625-0062 or send an inquiry. Someone from DBM then contacts you about financing through one of the other lenders we work with. To open an account with DBM, ask for our credit application on the same call.

We buy used equipment of any make and take it in trade. Our offer is based on the details and photos you send.
Yes. We buy and take trade-ins on any make. Send the make, model, serial number, hours, condition, and photos, and our sales team has what it needs to reply with an offer.
No. The form does not calculate a value. It sends your details and photos to our sales team. The team reviews them, calls you with any questions about the machine’s condition, and then replies with an offer or a trade value.
